We want you to love your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Requirements

Items must be unused and in original condition

All tags and packaging must be included

Final sale and personalized items are non-returnable

How to Start a Return

Email us at house.of.jumana@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions within 24–48 hours.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, contact us and we will assist you with an exchange, depending on availability. 

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).
